During a Reiki treatment energy flows through the hands of the practitioner into the body of the guest. Reiki is a life force energy that fills our whole universe and all living things. Reiki is a therapy complementary to modern medicine, Chinese medicine, chiropractic, and other therapies. 

While reiki relaxes you and promotes your body to self heal. You can spend part of your time as reiki session then the rest massage. Receiving a reiki session first helps loosen the muscles before a massage. Otherwise just let the reiki flow during your massage.
